  • All buildings at the resort include elevators for accessibility.
  • Units include accessibility features: step-free entry, wide doorways, and accessible bathrooms.

Policies and Rules

  • Guest making reservation must be 23 or older.
  • No house parties. Family groups only. If a group misrepresents themselves, they must vacate the premises immediately without refund.
  • Deposits may be refunded, rental refused, or occupancy discontinued if the tenant is detrimental to the property.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • No fireworks are allowed.
  • No pets allowed (resort policy).
  • No smoking inside condo. Property is smoke-free.
  • Trailer and car hauler parking is strictly prohibited. Alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
  • Tenant assumes risk of damage to any personal property of landlord or tenant during use and occupancy and agrees to hold landlord harmless.
  • Premises are for residential use only, no animals, and for no other purpose.
  • Tenant agrees to comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the premises.
  • No use of premises that increases insurance rates or causes cancellation of insurance policy.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking in the property is detected.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancel more than 14 days before arrival: full refund.
  • Cancel 14 days or less before arrival: forfeit 100% of rental fee.
  • All cancellations must be made by phone (855-44-SWEET). Online cancellation is not permitted.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason, in which case all monies paid will be refunded. The company is not liable for other costs incurred.
  • The company is not liable for loss or delay caused by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, technical or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions, or other events beyond control.

  • $250 security deposit hold on your credit card during your stay for damages.

  • Each unit offers free parking for one car.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop are available at the bottom of the hill for a nominal fee of $0.50.
